As the end of the year approaches we tend to start wondering where the time has gone and make statements like, "Can you believe this year is almost over?"
The theme for November will be how to pace yourself, how to get out of the habit of being in the "gotta do, gotta do" mode all the time and to realize that you can actually get more done when you slow down and work in a state of harmony and peace rather than racing against running out of daylight hours to get everything accomplished.
